Sponsorship Letter

Legacy Baseball and Softball Club, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed to give young men and women, ages 8–18, the opportunity to play competitive travel baseball and softball. The Club offers a fun but competitive environment for boys and girls to play at a level higher than recreational ball.

The Club’s coaching staff strives to develop strong players and teams through hard work, commitment, character, positive reinforcement, training in fundamentals, and game knowledge. We provide the training necessary to play and perform at high levels while working to build confidence and positive attitudes that generate long-lasting memories as well as lifelong skills through teamwork.

Our mission is to prepare athletes to play at the highest level in the arenas of high school and college. “Our goal is for our players to develop into top caliber baseball and softball players while growing into quality, high character individuals.”

It costs approximately $1,000 per player each season for uniforms, equipment, training, and tournament fees to provide the opportunity for these young athletes to play competitive baseball and softball. The Club needs your support to make our mission possible.

Knowing your interest in our community, we are asking you to help us provide these young athletes with an opportunity to play in a competitive environment and represent our community in both State and National events. Please help them reach their dreams by supporting our efforts to keep them on the ball fields.

Any monetary support you can offer is greatly appreciated. Sponsors of $250 or more will be added to our banner, proudly displayed at all tournaments. Sponsors of $500 or more will also receive a sponsorship plaque. Sponsors of $5,000 or more will have their name and logo placed on a uniform sleeve and receive a custom jersey, hat, and baseball or softball signed by the team.
